Send a finished list to someone

From the Lists page, you can send a finished list to a BrandWell Outreach campaign. To hand someone the file itself instead, download the list as CSV or Excel and share that.

#Before you start

• Connect BrandWell Outreach. Do this in Integrations first. Without a connection, sending fails with "Connect BrandWell Outreach in Integrations first."
• Wait until the list is finished. If it is still building, you see "This list is still being built. Send it when it is ready." A list that finished early with fewer people than you asked for can also be sent.

#Send the list

1. #Open the list

   Go to Lists and select the finished list.

2. #Pick a campaign

   Choose the BrandWell Outreach campaign that should receive the people on the list.

3. #Send it

   Confirm. The send starts in the background. The list page shows its progress.

#Automatic lists

An automatic list is built from a saved filter on a schedule. It runs daily at 9:00 or on Mondays at 9:00, and each run adds only new people.

When you send an automatic list, you can also choose to send every future run to the same campaign. Each new run is then delivered once it finishes. This option only applies to lists built from a saved filter. If the filter's schedule is turned off, no new runs are added.

#What the list page tells you

Each send to a campaign shows one of these lines:

A list is sent once per campaign. Sending the same list to the same campaign again does not create a second delivery.

#If a send fails

Send the list to that campaign again. A failed delivery is queued again. If the failure came from BrandWell Outreach rejecting your connection, the connection is marked as needing attention. Reconnect BrandWell Outreach in Integrations, then send again.
