Check the status of your list
A list moves through up to three states: queued, then running, then an end state of done, partial or failed. Open your lists to see where each one is.

#What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
queued | The list was created but processing has not started. It has no contacts yet. |
running | Contacts are being retrieved and added. This happens in batches of up to 50 profiles at a time. |
done | The list is finished. |
partial | The list stopped early but holds some contacts. |
failed | The list stopped with no contacts. |
A list is finished when there are no more matching contacts, when it reaches the max results you set, or when your credits run out.
#If a list is queued
A queued list with zero contacts is not broken. It has just not started. Do not create a duplicate list. Wait for it to start.
#If a list is partial or failed
The list records an error code that says why it stopped:
insufficient_credits: you did not have enough credits to cover the contacts. The list keeps what it delivered.schedule_stopped: the list was part of an automatic list whose schedule was stopped.search_unavailable: the search the list was built from is no longer available.
A list can also stop because the data source could not be reached. For an automatic list, the message reads "The last run could not reach the data source. It will try again."
#Read a list's details
Open a list to see how many contacts it has delivered and how many credits it used. Automatic lists show their schedule (daily at 9:00, or weekly on Monday at 9:00), their next run and how many contacts were delivered in the last 7 days.
#Send or download
Send a list to a BrandWell Outreach campaign only once it is done or partial. If you try sooner, you will see "This list is still being built. Send it when it is ready."
Note
Lists are kept for 90 days. After that, you will see "This list was not found. Lists are kept for 90 days."
If a finished list has fewer contacts than you expected, see Why does my list have fewer contacts than the match count.
