How long are my lists kept
LeadFuze deletes a finished contact list 90 days after it was last updated. Download your file before then.
#What is removed
A cleanup removes three kinds of data:

| Contact lists with a status of done, partial or failed | 90 days after the list was last updated. The list's contacts are deleted with it. |
| Expired searches | Once the search has expired, unless a contact list was created from it. |
| Expired result pages from searches | Once they expire. |
#What is not removed
Lists that are still queued or running are not removed. Only lists that have finished, partly finished or failed are.
A search that a contact list was created from is kept while that list exists. It is removed after the list is.
Important
Once a list is removed, you cannot download it again. Download the CSV or Excel file within 90 days of the list finishing.
