What is the identity resolution pixel (IDRP)
The identity resolution pixel (IDRP) is a script you add to your website. It identifies anonymous visitors by matching browser signals and device fingerprints against the LeadFuze B2B database. When it finds a match, you get contact details for that visitor.

#What you see for each visitor
Identified visitors appear on the Visitors tab of the Identity resolution pixel page. A matched visitor can include:
- Name, job title, seniority and department
- Business email, mobile phone and direct number
- LinkedIn URL
- Company name, domain, industry and employee count
- City and state
Each visitor also shows how they used your site: pages read, visits, time on site and the pages they viewed.
#How visitors are scored
Each visitor gets a behavior score from 0 to 100.
| Tier | Score | Typical behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Hot | 80 to 100 | Pricing page, 5+ minutes, return visit |
| Warm | 50 to 79 | 3+ pages, 80% scroll, downloaded a resource |
| Cool | 25 to 49 | First visit, blog reader, short session |
| Cold | 0 to 24 | Bounced in under 10 seconds |
#What you can do with the data
- Export visitors to CSV. The export includes up to 10,000 visitors for the date range you pick.
- Get an email digest. Choose hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. You can add up to 20 recipients and attach a CSV.
- Send form fills to your CRM. When someone fills in a form on your site, LeadFuze fills in the rest of their details. Set this up on the Form fills to your CRM tab.
- Deliver visitors to other tools. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, email platforms or a webhook.
#Pricing and trial
IDRP is billed per website, not per account.
- Each website is $79 a month.
- Each website includes a 7-day free trial.
- Volume pricing is available. Contact LeadFuze for enterprise rates.
To start, see Add a website to IDRP.
Note
Each website needs its own pixel and its own subscription.
