#What you see
#Open the site
Go to Identity resolution pixel and pick the site in the site list. The page opens on your first site by default.
#Find the visitor
Open Visitors. The list shows people the pixel identified on that site, newest first. It covers the last 30 days by default. You can switch the range to today or the last 7 days. The list shows 50 visitors per page.
#Open the profile
Select the visitor. Their profile opens with their details and their activity on your site.
#Profile details
The profile holds what was identified about the person and their company. The CSV export of visitors lists the kinds of details a profile can carry:
- Name, job title, seniority level and department
- Business email, mobile phone and direct number
- LinkedIn URL
- Company name, domain, industry and employee count
- City and state
A field can be empty if it was not identified for that person.
#Activity totals
Three totals sit with the profile:
| Total | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Pages read | Pages this visitor viewed on your site |
| Visits | The number of separate days they were on your site |
| Time on site | Time spent on pages, added up |
The pixel ties activity to a visitor through the cookies it set. Totals come from at most the 20,000 most recent page events.
#Recent pages
The profile lists the 12 most recent pages the visitor read. Each shows the page path (for example /pricing) and when they read it:
- Just now, or a number of minutes, such as 5 min ago
- A number of hours, such as 2 hours ago
- Yesterday
- A date, such as March 3. The year is added for earlier years.
Dates and "Yesterday" follow your account's time zone. If none is set, UTC is used.
#If a visitor won't open
If you see This visitor was not found., the visitor does not belong to the site you have selected. Go back to Visitors on the right site and try again.
Note
The identity resolution pixel is $79 a month per website, with 7 days free. Identified visitors show up under Visitors within a few minutes of the pixel going live on your site.
