Get a daily email digest of identified visitors
Turn on the email digest in your project's settings and set the frequency to Daily. LeadFuze then emails your recipients the new leads the pixel identified, once a day at 8:00 AM in the project's timezone.
#Turn on the digest
#Open Project Settings
Open the project you want the digest for, then go to Project Settings.
#Find Email Digest
Open the Email Digest settings. The digest emails point you to this same place when you want to change them.
#Enable the digest and add recipients
Turn the digest on and add at least one recipient. Every recipient gets the same email. If no recipients are set, nothing is sent.
#Choose the frequency
Set the frequency to Daily. You can also choose Real-time, Hourly, Weekly or Monthly.
#Decide on the CSV
Choose whether to include a CSV of the leads with each digest.
Digests are set up per project.
#When it is sent
| Frequency | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Daily | Once a day at 8:00 AM, in the project's timezone |
| Weekly | Mondays at 8:00 AM, in the project's timezone |
| Monthly | The 1st of the month at 8:00 AM, in the project's timezone |
| Hourly | At least 55 minutes after the previous digest |
| Real-time | A notification for each new lead, as it arrives |
A daily digest goes out only once per day.
Note
If there are no new leads since the last digest, no email is sent. You will not get an empty digest.
#What the email contains
The subject line shows the frequency, the lead count and your project name. For example: Daily Lead Digest: 3 New Leads - Your Project.
Each lead appears as a card with:
- Name, job title and company
- Lead ID
- Email (business email first, then personal email) and phone (mobile first, then direct number). If a value is missing, the card shows "Not available".
- Location, from the work city and state, or the personal ones if those are empty
- A link to the LinkedIn profile, when there is one
The View All Leads in Dashboard button opens the project's leads. The footer links to Dashboard and Project Settings.
#Attach a CSV
If you include the CSV, it is attached to the email as leads_<project identifier>_<date>.csv. The date is formatted YYYY-MM-DD.
The CSV only includes columns where at least one lead has a value. Possible columns:
- Lead: Lead ID, First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Business Email, Personal Email, Mobile Phone, Direct Number, Job Title, Department, Seniority, LinkedIn, City, State, Work City, Work State, Gender, Age Range, Captured At
- Company: Company Name, Company Website, Company Phone, Industry, Employees, Revenue, Company City, Company State, Company LinkedIn
Note
The CSV is not attached to Real-time notifications.
