Get help from inside the app
You can get help without leaving LeadFuze. Use the chat widget to write to support. Use the help pages to read how each product works. The top bar also has an API docs link.
#Chat with support
LeadFuze uses the HelpWell chat widget in the app.
- When you are signed in, the widget tells support who you are. It shares your email, your name and your company name, so you do not need to explain who you are.
- That identity is only valid for one hour.
- If identity is not set up for the app, the widget loads as anonymous.
- The widget appears only when it is enabled for the app.
Note
When a super admin uses your account as you, the widget does not record them as you.
