Save a search so you can reuse it
Click Save these filters under the search filters to keep your criteria. Saving uses no credits. Your saved criteria appear in the Saved filters tab, ready to reuse with fresh results.
#Save your filters
#Set up your search
On the Find people tab, enter your keywords or lookup and add your filters. Click Count matches to check the size of the result. Counts are free.
#Click Save these filters
The button is at the bottom of the filter panel. The Save filters window opens.
#Name the filter
Type a name in Filter name. It is required and can be up to 80 characters.
#Choose where to save it
Save as is set to New saved filter by default.
#Leave scheduling off
Set Automatic contact lists to Off, save criteria only to keep just the criteria. To run the search automatically, see Run a saved search on a schedule.
#Click Save filters
The filter is saved.
#What is saved
A saved filter keeps your search criteria:
- Keywords or the exact lookup you entered
- Job titles to include and exclude, and whether common title variants are included
- Every filter and its included and excluded values
It does not keep results or contact details. Each time you reuse it you get fresh results.
#How the criteria match
- Values within one filter use OR.
- Separate filters use AND.
- An excluded value always removes the record.
- Each field accepts at most 20 included and 20 excluded values. A search accepts at most 200 filter values in total.
#Reuse a saved search
Open the Saved filters tab to see your saved filters. If the source rejects a saved search, you see "The source rejected this search or its cursor. Check filter values and rerun the search. No filters were removed." Check your filter values and run it again. LeadFuze never removes filters to make a search work.
Note
Running a saved search and browsing results are free. Credits are used only when you reveal contacts or build a list. See Reveal contact details with credits.
