Subscribe to a plan

To subscribe, open Plan and billing, pick Starter, Growth or Scale, and pay on the Stripe Checkout page. Only the account owner can subscribe or change anything on this page.

1. #Open Plan and billing

   Go to the billing page in the app. The plan cards are in the plans section.

2. #Choose how often to pay

   Use the toggle above the plans. Pick Monthly or Yearly, 2 months free. Yearly costs ten times the monthly price and is billed up front.

3. #Pick a plan

   Select the button on the Starter, Growth or Scale card. Prices are $250, $500 and $1,500 a month. See the plan comparison article for what each includes.

4. #Pay on Stripe Checkout

   You go to a Stripe Checkout page. Enter your payment details there. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it on this page.

5. #Return to LeadFuze

   After you pay, you come back to the billing page. You see "Your Starter plan is active." with your plan's name. If your plan has not appeared yet, you see "Payment received. Your plan shows here in a moment."

#If you cancel checkout

If you leave Stripe Checkout, you see "Checkout was canceled. Nothing was charged." You can start again at any time.

#If your team is too big for the plan

Each plan has a seat limit: Starter 5, Growth 25 and Scale 100. If your team has more people, you see a message like "Starter includes 5 seats and your team has 7 people. Remove 2 on the Team page first." Remove people on the Team page, then try again.

#Your card and invoices

Once you subscribe, the Payment section shows your card, the email bills go to and your company. You can update the card, billing email and tax details on Stripe's own page. Your invoices are listed under Invoices.

If a payment fails, the page shows "Your last payment did not go through." Use the Update the card button to fix it.
