How monthly credits and limits work

Your plan gives you a monthly allowance of exports and Intent Scans, plus a set number of team seats. Counters reset at the start of each calendar month.

#What each plan includes

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, paid up front. That is 2 months free.

#Fair use

Unlimited exports are subject to fair use. The fair-use limits are 500,000 per day and 10,000,000 per month.

#When your allowance resets

Your month starts on the 1st, in your account's timezone. If no timezone is set, it uses UTC. Your usage counters start again from zero once a new month begins. This covers:

• Enrichments
• Email checks
• Phone checks
• Intent Scans

Your Intent Scans allowance is your plan's monthly number plus any paid credits you have bought.

#What counts toward your allowance

• Exports: the number of contacts exported in your lists this month.
• Intent Scans: each scan you run. Retries and failed scans are not counted.
• Enrichments: successful lookups only.
• Email and phone checks: each check you run.

#If you run out

The plan box in the sidebar shows how many Intent Scans you have left. When you have used your plan's allowance, the count reaches 0 left.

To keep exporting, buy export credits once. Go to Plan and billing and use the Buy export credits once section. Only the account owner can buy credits.
